So upsetting 😭

I am a week late, couple of positive tests, super happy dreaming about babies, thinking “it’s finally happening”. Went to the doctor today, had my blood tests and everything was perfect until now. I started to bleed. I don’t know what’s happening. Is it my period (1 week late). Did I miscarriage? What’s happening? 😭😭😭😭
