Anyone else worrying over their twins?

I’m 10 weeks with twins but I just can’t help but worry that one isn’t there any more!!! Anyone else have this? 
I have another scan on Thursday but just can’t help but worry! Hoping my little beans are cooking nicely ❣️🤰

Ok I feel like I need to weigh in here since I have had your exact problem. In the beginning until 12 weeks I worried about vanishing twin syndrome. I was a wreck. At my 12w scan I was told one twin had fallen 10 days behind in growth and I should expect that baby to not make it even though developmentally they were both perfect. I was told it was more likely a placenta blood flow issue since I’m pregnant with identical twins. Identical carry more risk because they share a placenta and one baby can get more blood flow than them other. That gutted me. For two weeks straight I prayed and prayed and hoped that MFM was WRONG. And she was. By my 14w scan, both had grown so much and everything was normal. I’m now 15 weeks tomorrow and what I’ve experienced so far with twins is every week is a huge milestone and you just have to have faith and pray it’s all going to be ok. I know it’s hard. I bought a sonoline B fetal heart Doppler to calm my nerves in between my ultrasounds. I also take in 120grams of protein a day to make sure they keep growing. Do what you need to do to keep your sanity. You’ll get through this. If you need someone to talk to pm me. I’m happy to talk you through this. It’s a lot harder than most people think. And remember, doctors and their measurements aren’t always accurate either.

Definitely how I felt for each major step along the way...
12 weeks ultrasound - are they sticking is all well
20 week ultrasound - is there any complications
24 weeks - viability
30 week - no longer have to travel for special NICU
Each week with twins is an accomplishment I feel. And the worrying never stops but has lessened. Now my worrying is just getting these babies in the world safely.
I have no advice besides take it a day at a time and don't let the worrying consume you.

I had a fear that since my belly isn’t growing then they aren’t, but I went to my 16 week appointment and they were both so big!! I’m 20 weeks now and still kinda have that problem. But I feel like you will always worry about something, ya know?

There isn't a day that passes where I don't worry.... And then on the flip side, the thought of TWINS also freaks me out completely!!! Today my husband innocently made a comment about the "baby inside me" and I FLIPPED OUT, because it's babIES!!!! At my 12 weeks scan, the tech kept reassuring us that our babies are healthy and growing perfectly.... Yet now, 2 weeks later, and with 2 more weeks to go before my next scan, I am a complete wreck.... I don't stop worrying😪 it's tough! But there is nothing we can do.... Not sure of you're religious, but the saying "Let go... Let God" is all that's keeping me going these days! Sending you loads of blessings

Same!! I’m 14 weeks 5 days and babies were doing great at 11 weeks 6 days. I’ve had a vanishing twin before between 12 & 14 weeks and am so worried I can barely function. Appointment tomorrow with a detailed Ultrasound so praying for great results!!!

I had scans every other week with my MFM and every 4 weeks with my OB. The every week towards the end. It’s normal to worry. It never stops not even when they’re born. Take a deep breath and pray!
