What’s people’s experiences with this?

My first baby was born 24 weeks and passed away a month later.

I am now 6 weeks pregnant and so scared it’s all going to happen again.

Test results showed my labour was spontaneous and had no real cause as to why it happened.

I have made my appointment with the midwife and obgyn like instructed but just wanted a heads up as to what I may expect in the future.

What did you do or have done to prevent it happening again?
