What the heck is going on?

I’ve mastered controlling my natural being overheated at night with a ceiling fan and another fan right on me, with the window cracked. I am four weeks today according to my calculations (I have a confirmation appointment on Feb 18). But the past three days, I am SO HOT. I wake up drenched in sweat. Literally dripping. I toss and turn but the thing that bothers me is the hotness and sweat. I feel like the inside of my body is so hot, I might as well spontaneously combust.

Has anyone figured out how to be cooler and less sweaty and sticky at night?

Anyone try bamboo pajamas? Cooling pillows? Anything that works? This is going to be an awful nine months with school, work, pregnancy, and overheating every night 😂
