How long after ovulation do you see a temp spike?

Originally Glow said my ovulation day was yesterday, but now it’s showing today. I haven’t seen a temp spike yet. I am still testing positive for LH on OPK. I got a peak on CD15. 
Just trying to figure out my ovulation day because I’m going to get my progesterone test 7 days after ovulation. I had what my GYN suspects as a chemical last month.

My doc has me do progesterone testing 7 days after positive OPK. So it doesn’t matter :) but you can ovulate as late as 48 hours after your first true positive OPK, and then it can take another day for it to rise depending on the time of day you ovulated.
