8 dpo is really early. Implantation may not have even happened yet so you're not out yet. Wait until the day before af to test

I was negative at 8DPO and then positive at 9 so don’t give up hope yet

Your not out but 8dpo is very early. I did the same as you and tested early for a week...got a week of negative on cheap tests then two days prior my missed period I tested and I got a faint line on FRER...the day of my missed period I got a pink line and two days after that I got a digital confirmation. In hind sight I should have saved my money and just waited but I know how hard it is to do. If you can wiat then do...it's worth it for the dark pink line and the words: "pregnant 1-2" but if you can't and you have loads of cheapies to waste then have fun and test but don't let it get to you xxxx

Your only 8 days past ovulation, implantation can happen anywhere from 6-12 days after ovulation. 
Wait another 4 days and test again x
