I was thinking of taking a contraceptive pill for my periods (they are really painful and not regular at all), but also for my sex life (I am really paranoid and I’m always scared and questioning the efficiency of condoms).

the problem is that I’m scared of the possible side effects of the pill since I’m young... should I wait a little bit more?
