16 week old struggling please help

My son won’t stop crying and won’t eat he actually screams anytime he sees my boob today. I gave him a bath, gave him gas drops, used the windi and he wouldn’t calm down. He just now fell asleep but I’m scared something is wrong. We’re going into the doctor in a few hours but I’m scared something is seriously wrong
