Colic baby / does he look bloated?

Question

Does he look bloated to anyone else? He is colic all night and screaming in pain. He rarely passes gas - basically only when he has a bowel movement. Does your baby pass gas in between poops?

My little mans a month old and would scream between 11PM-3AM the past week or two so i thought he was colicy but i went and got him milicon drops its actualled called "Gripe water" and he has slept through those hours and passes gas so much easier now !!

My little guy was passing gas easily until about 3 days ago and now he’s the same.  Can’t settle at night especially flat on his back and super fussy when he finally does pass gas.  Unfortunately BFing didn’t work for us and we are on formula but are switching today to a gentle/sensitive version to see if that helps over the next couple of days.  Gripe water or gas drops might help, bicycling his legs when he seems fussy usually helps me get a few toots out too.

I use gripe water with my little one and she passes gas all day. It’s hilarious after a few farts.

Poor baby. My little guy has trouble passing gas as well... I recommend gripe water and Simethicone drops(gas drops) if you aren't already trying them. Hope he feels better soon!
