Can’t afford the gym 😔
Ok ladies. I’m 245lbs. My goal is to be under 200lbs by the new year. I’m a full time teacher with a soon to be 1 year old. I don’t have much time to go to the gym at the moment. I want to shrink my belly fast and tighten up my thighs, ass and belly.
What at home workouts aside from walking and running can I do to get amazing results?
