Might be tmi but my boyfriend and I had sex last night. Immediately after I peed and wiped and there was a streak of blood like the tiniest bit. Is this okay?

Is a little white creamy discharge normal at 4 weeks?

And is an hcg level of 4987 high for 4 weeks. I have gotten blood work done every two days. 745 on the first day two days later 1200 two days after that 4987. Twins run in both of our families what does rhis number mean exactly?
