I got married in 2017 and my friend was a bridesmaid. She travelled all the way to Italy to be in my wedding

She is now getting married this August 2019 and i finally did my three month scan and all is good! Thing is, the baby is due 2019 and the wedding is in America!!

I definitely can’t travel but feel absolutely shit for not going. I haven’t told her yet but I don’t know how to break it to her

Any suggestions?

(I know she will be happy for me but I just feel terrible that she made such a huge effort for me and I can’t even be there on her day)
