Advice please? Read first!

AF was 5 days late, we got a vvvvvfl positive

I started bleeding the day after, I bled heavy for 3 days. Then nothing it just completely stopped and nothing for 2 days. Tonight I’ve been getting really bad cramps in my lower stomach & back. Ive got diarrhoea and feel really sick. I called my mom & told her everything she basically passed it off said even if I was pregnant I’ve lost it and there was nothing anyone could do. I spoke to my boyfriend who said he doubts I was pregnant in the first place & the test was wrong. I’ve taken some ibuprofen and the pains have eased a little. He asked if I need to see a doctor for the pain, but I would have to go to the hospital as it’s 9.35 at night & the doctors is closed, I’m not sure I believe it’s a misscarriage it was just a period, but what are the pains?😔
