His family hates my guts, for one when he had our son for the holidays they took family pictures and his sister posted them on fb but not ONE picture is of my son..

He’s with my son 2x a week. Picks him up from daycare 4-5pm and drops him off the next or I’ll pick him up at night because he works “super early” the next day.

He’s not on child support.

he basically has Saturdays & Sunday’s to himself.

He sends me money through a cash app and he sent me $500 in the whole year of 2018.

So I texted him and told him from now on id like him to watch my son on a weekends. He freaked and threw a tantrum, his mom texted me 5 mins after the argument and told me to please leave him alone because he almost broke down his bedroom door of how pissed he was.

He says I make things hard for him and will not accept to keep him on weekends, that im immature and feels bad because my son will have to deal with me for the rest of his life. ( our son is 4 btw)

Court isn’t really something I’d want to do only because I went through something like that as a child and it was honestly traumatic
