When to test/possible IUD baby/bump on cervix

Hi k so I have a copper IUD. 6 months PP. 3rd regular cycle since having baby and breastfeeding. So my period is 5 days late, has been on time since everything settled down after baby. I also discovered a bump on my cervix while checking IUD strings. My fear is an eptopic pregnancy implanted into my cervix because of the IUD. I have a clear blue test from a friend. Wondering if I should test now mid day or wait till tomorrow morning. Either way I'm going to doctor in two days for the bump to be checked. With my first pregnancy I got a positive text 6 days before period with a FRER test.

Any ideas, suggestions or help?? Freaking myself out here.
