Girl or boy?!?

After having 2 boys were hoping for a healthy baby girl! Either will be perfect BUT a girl would be nice. The US is when I was 13+3. The baby was measuring 13 weeks exactly. The ultrasound was done externally on the lower stomach. Any guesses? We do not find out till March 14th and I’m dying not knowing. We knew at 13 weeks with both boys so I have some hope it is a girl.
