Weight loss
So I’m 16 and I’ve been struggling with my weight for so long and I try to eat pretty healthy and I try to work out once a week but there are thorns that prevent me from going to the gym. I binge eat when I upset . I’m just wondering what motivates you to work out how do you stop temptation like any advice or motivation would be so helpful. I’m about 250 pound I know it’s a lot which is why I’m trying to loss weight also I’m vegetarian. Please help ❤️.
