This morning I woke up with THE WORSE back pain in my life!! I literally was frozen in a spot because Any moment was hurting me badly. Like excruciating pain. It got better after a couple hours but I've been having that pain in my lower back all day. Anyone else ? Or should I call my dr

How far along are you? Did the pain come on with a sudden movement? Severe back pain can be a sign of an ectopic pregnancy. But RLP can also cause some pretty nasty pains if you move suddenly (like twisting to get out of bed or a misstep as you get out of the car).
