Is kissing in real life like in movies?

Ok so this probably sounds dumb af, but I’m wondering if in real life, when people first kiss, do they just usually keep getting closer and closer until they suddenly both just close their eyes and kiss? I mean I know it obviously doesn’t always happen like that, but like what’s the most common way to kiss someone for the first time?

There's no right way to do it, a kiss is a kiss it depends on a lot of things, are you both shy, and going slow? Most likely going to ba a hesitant kiss, are you both really in the moment and want more, it will be a faster approach, are you trying to be romantic? Or is the person your kiss wanting to be romantic? Most likely going to be a hand on the cheek and slow approch
There's so many different types of kisses you never know until your about to do it /doing it

my first kiss was from when i was 13,, my boyfriend and i were talking and our faces got really close together and we started whispering and i looked up and said “so what are you gonna kiss me or not?” and he grabbed my butt and pulled me closer to him and we made out (no tongue tho) and it was the best feeling ever. once we were done i grabbed the collar of his sweatshirt and went it n for another i just loved kissing him. you do whatever feels right and you’ll get into the groove
