New to this 😅

So I was diagnosed last month and was given medroxypr to take and at first it was great got my period started and everything, but now it’s been almost two weeks of being on my period and it’s literally like a crime scene (I even wake up in the middle of the night because my tampon and pad are both full.... I’ve always used regular tampons and now I’m using super+). Should I talk to my doctor about this or has this happened with anyone else??? Please any type of help is appreciated!!!!!!
