I'm so glad that you asked this question. I was just about to ask this too! I'm 8 days away from af and I've got a tightness in my lower abdomen. Lots of gas popping inside ugh!!! No breast soreness just a fullness but starting to feel more nausea. And cramping since 5dpo that hasn't stopped since. Following to see the answers!! Thanks!

I also had a weird dizziness, other than just fatigue then slightly the symptoms of nausea and cravings came along..
