I think that’s design is horrible personally. If I were you I’d play around with the symbols and design your own. And the whole 69 thing will never go away so decide if you can handle the giggles forever 🙄 I’m a cancer as well and my brother and I got a split yin yang but I have his sign and he has mine, he was 21 when we got them and says I can’t lie I was tickled that I legit get to have 69 tattooed on my arm 🤦🏼‍♀️.
You could get a little crab with the Leo symbol on its shell.
