I ust to have hair all the way down to my butt, then i got introduced to something called hair dye nd starting dying my hair. I stoped for a while and eventually started trying new styles like shaving the sides of my heads and all but then let my hair grow back down to my lower back. One day I had my hair cut by mistake by my mother because she was cutting a wig on my head and accidentally cut my hair. I was hurt because I had just let my hair grow back long and promised myself to never cut it again. But I had to cut my hair and slowly starting to dye my hair again and eventually bleaching and it got so bad to the point where I had to cut it all off into a pixie, I promised myself once again that I would never cut my hair after this and no more dye.... I immediately disregarded that promise and starting doing everything I told myself not to do anymore and even though I was dying and bleaching my hair it still continued to grow and when I found out I was pregnant I stoped touching my hair for 6 months so it could grow, after 6 months of no dyes or anything I recently tried dying my hair red and to my disbelief the color didn’t stick due to how dead my hair was and only latched to my roots. I was so mad at myself because I knew it was my fault so a couple days later I went and got my scissors and cut it all off again to a pixie and sticking with finger waves. I did end up dying my hair black after cutting but it was only because my hair was 3 different colors but I promise myself that I will not dye it anymore because I do miss my long hair and want my hair to be healthy again. If you guys are dealing with the same problem I just say cut it off because it’s really hard to retrieve dead hair especially if it’s not taking color anymore, that means it’s real dead and it will cause your hair to grow slower. Do what makes you feel good :)
