How long should I wait? Help!!

Hi ladies, I’m 4 days late for AF. I can always predict her right down to the day normally and she only shows up for 5 days. But this month she’s 4 days late. I have had really bad cramps, bloating, back pain, headache, gassy, sore boobs and super tired the last 2 weeks!!! I took a test yesterday morning and it came back Negative! 😭 I don’t know if I should wait or just give up this month? And if I wait how long should I wait? Need help ladies. Been trying for over a year now TTC and nothing has happened. Trying not to get too excited at the thought of it being something but don’t know if I’m just going crazy. Should I retest or not? Help please?!?
