It’s abusive and unhealthy for you. I would leave and I know it’s not going to be easy as I used to be in an abusive relationship and had a child. But you guys aren’t married and no children so you got nothing stopping you other than the fact you think it’s love when it’s not. People who love each other don’t do abusive things in a relationship.
