Okay so I thought all my terrible first trimester symptoms were gone, but my nipple pain is back. At least once every 30 minutes, it feels like my left nipple is getting pierced with a spike. It is so painful it literally stops me in my tracks. Anyone else still experiencing this in second trimester? Any recommended remedies?

I had gigantic breasts before pregnancy and my nipples were never really that sensitive so I didn’t think this would be an issue for me! It was my first pregnancy symptom before I even had a positive test, stopped for awhile, but is back with a vengeance. 😩😩😩
