Gassy baby

My daughter is going on a month... She has really bad gas, like to the point where she's farting and burping all day long. But our doctor is saying "it's normal". She has a hard time farting sometimes or when she popps she's straining even though it's mushy. She's breast and formula feed, should I ask multiple doctors for answers because it's getting a little concerning. Bad enough they had me on high risk care saying her stomach is measuring small.
