Baby registry!

Not sure what I need to add to a registry? I have on on amazon, I just don’t know what to put! I don’t want to seem tacky and put expensive things on there but then what do I add to it? Hard to find clothes on amazon so have a few bits but first baby so not sure how to do this!!
