With my first they gave the wrap afterwards, with my second they used a wrap that they placed over it. Their way it didn’t get wet when I showered and it could heal. They took it off at my check up and everything had healed nicely.

Depends on where you live it seems. I'm in Canada and none of that is provided.

Anytime after surgery they will put on compression socks to prevent DVTs. You could always call the L&D or postpartum nurse station and ask what supplies are provided. At least that’s what they told me during my hospital tour
