I had baby #1 via a c-section due to failure to dilate (I got to 8 1/2 cm) and because I was suffering from kidney failure. Specialists that have looked into the problems I suffered during labour and have said it was uncommon and not likely to happen again.

I am now pregnant with baby #2 and there will be 18 months between them so I now have a choice of having a VBac or having another c-section.

For all the women that have had a c section second time round or a VBac what would you recommend? Was you happy with your choice or in hindsight would you wish you did the other method.
