Cannot connect

Hey, anyone else struggle to connect with their partner on glow? We’ve followed all the instructions but it doesn’t give him a “dad/partner” option like their help section says... it asks when his last period was and adds him as a pregnant woman and doesn’t connect with mine?! Any ideas help or same difficulty? Xx
