Please help

My son has strep throat and ear infection in both ears. Starting hum in antibiotics last night. He had bout 4 bottles yesterday and didnt eat. He hasn't really drank anything today or peed like once. Is there a way I can get hin to drink fluids?.

Hes autistic so he drinks out of a bottle and only eats goldf6and animal and fries.
