Confused????

So I had protected sex with condom in December. ( a lot of times all with condom and he pulled out with it ) Got my period early January. ( I think it was I hope it was really heavy and cramps on the first day like crazy) haven't had sex since then and I'm 12 days late. I'm not ovulating either....to scared to take a pregnancy test. Side note : I did take birth control pills not for long but if it could be that why did I apparently have a period in January early and not in February? Me and my sister have ours at the same time always and she already had hers. Please a lot of people reply. What does it mean I'm 12 days late and not ovulating ?
