Can anyone explain keto to me? And share your success stories if you’ve tried it!

I recommend you watch this video and I promise all of your questions will be answered. It’s on youtube called “How to Keto:The complete guide” by Thomas Delauer. Please remember though what works for some doesn’t always work for others. Keto isn’t just eating meat and that’s the misconception ,  I know vegetarians that have done Keto. It’s all about putting your body in a state of Ketosis which just burns fat, glucose and carbs in that order at the same time. There are so many different ways to put your body in Ketosis. From strict Keto to more of a lose Keto, it’s all about what you want your carb limit to be. I would recommend doing a lot of research because without it you will be completely lost but I would definitely start with that video. Good luck!

It takes your body longer than a week to get into ketosis. Once you start, there is a keto flu. Some people will prick their fingers to make sure their body stays in ketosis. The problem with it is you have to consume a lot of fats and proteins to keep muscle, it doesn't just burn fat. Keto can be dangerous if you don't do it properly. Please,please, please, do extensive amounts of research before trying this. There is a lot of misinformation and bullshit they label as keto.

OYG! 30 lbs down from being on Keto. There's soooo much info on Keto. Ruled.me, Keto Connect and Thomas Delauer are all trusted resources. Basically, low carb, high fat, moderate protein and calculating your calorie intake for your activity level. I will NEVER go back! My life is forever changed. DO IT!
