I had a miscarriage. Might have infection?

I had a miscarriage almost 2 weeks ago and now I’m having extreme lower back pain, nausea, cramping in lower abdomen, and sometimes chills. Any advice? I cannot see a doctor due to the snow conditions. Also my husband is on duty(military watch for over 24 hours.). Fml.
