So I started miscarrying a few days ago (I was about 4-5 weeks). Today I am barely bleeding and cramping anymore and feeling much better. I was wondering how soon you can have sex after miscarrying and if you orgasm if that will hurt your cervix or something because I have been reading multiple different articles on the internet and I am so confused. As this is my first miscarriage (and hopefully last) I have no idea what I should be doing. To top it off I am a navy wife and have constantly been on the move lately and unable to get a appointment with a ob. Any opinions would be helpful.
