Ovulation or not? Pcos

Anyone who has pcos and still have periods every month.

Do you get ovulation pain when it does happens?

Last month I had really bad cramps mid cycle (ovulation) then on my period the pain again was so so sore.

But I’m thinking this could be a sign that I ovulated? As some months I don’t feel anything and my period is weak and dark.

Just really interested to hear your thoughts and experiences on this.
