Putting on tons of weight for no reason
I'm going to be 25 next montj. I have no kids but im TTC. Within the last 2 years I have put on at least 15 pounds for unknown reason. I have depression and anxiety so idk if that has anything to do with gaining weight. I've been feeling down and disgusting with how I look because I was never this big before. This is the biggest I've ever been. My legs are also very very big and no clothes fit me anymore. What can I do to lose this weight without going on a special diet??
