Tomorrow I be taking my behide wheel test I'm kind of nervous and concern about my speed limit I know if the speed limit is 40 I go 40 but its raining in California so does that mean I go slower or same speed limit??

You can go between 35 to 40.....unless its downpours then you go slow enough that you can safely drive and be sure to keep a safe distance.

You go slower anywhere. Inclement weather increases your braking distance, so you need to go slower. It doesnt mean go 15, go somewhere around 30-35.

You'd be fine probably +/- 5mph. Just try to go as close to the posted speed as possible. Don't go much slower than 5mph under as that can be dangerous too.
