Confused??

My LMP was 12/20 and I ovulated 12/31. We have not had sex since that day and this was my ultrasound today. How is this possible??

Me and u we have the same due date my last LPM was December 20 so maybe ovulation between 31 to January 3rd did not find out until January 19 that I was pregnant as tomorrow it put me 6week that how I count it u have to think about whan it take place to  implantation the other day my HCG 42.000 2week and 2 day ago I whan for and ultrasound all they see is the sac I'm going back tomorrow for my 2nd ultrasound believe maybe the end of September baby or can be October baby

Doesn’t look like an 8 week gestational sac, so if you did conceive i feel this is likely a blighted ovum/missed miscarriage if they didn’t see a fetus/heartbeat.
