Has anyone ever had there 9 week 4 day ultrasound look like this? We saw a yolk sac and heartbeat abdominally but they couldn’t see baby to get measurements! I had a Massive bleed at 6 weeks and I believe miscarried my baby only to be told at 7 weeks that I still have a baby with a heartbeat! Which made me think twins because I know I miscarried a sac. They also said I had a 4 cm SCH now after spotting since 6 weeks which stopped yesterday! I get an abdominal U/S and they say I’m having twins! I’m shocked and scared and so confused with everything that has happened! Any advice or Experiences are welcome!
