Any idea what it could be? Physically it doesn’t look any different. It’s not warm to touch or red. But it’s so painful. It’s sending sharp pain up my big toe and down into the arch of my foot whenever I flex it.

It just started hurting in bed. I have been up multiple times this morning and it wasn’t hurting then. But just started hurting while I was reading in bed.

Hurts like a mo’ fo’!!!! I really think I’m going to have to go to the doctors.
