Just started checking my blood sugar levels tonight. As requested by the doctor I was suppose to check one hour after eating dinner. And the level was at 75.

Is this too low for after dinner? The reader said it was good but it doesn't know that I had just had dinner.

My paper work says it should be under 120 an hour after dinner. I just wasn't expecting such a low number so I wanted to see what you ladies knew.
