My throat really hurts.. Any one know what these white things on my tonsils are?

My throat really hurts, right ear hurts, cough and my neck in the spot of my tonsils on my right side is VERY sore also my temp has been 101-102 all day 😭 Just not sure if urgent care is the place togo or not. It’s not an emergency so I know not the ER and I can’t get into my dr until next week.

Tonsil stones. I used to get them all the time. You can use a qtip, or you can do what I did before I knew what they were and try to suck them out😂 I used to just sit there with my tongue on the roof of my mouth and suck. I would do it for hours, sometimes days, to get them out. I didn't know where they were coming from or what they were, i just knew they were annoying.
They won't hurt you, they're just super annoying. Mine haven't come back in over 2 years.

Yeah looks like tonsil stones. A wet Qtip works good. A strong swallow a couple times will help loosen it. You can try gargling with soda water or seltzer.

Urgent care is the place to go... they will test for strep throat or any other infection and likely put you on antibiotics. It may also be a tonsil stone ! Hope you feel better soon!

They’re called tonsil stones,It’s a build up of food,You can normally pop them out with a q tip,Just be careful.

They are normal I get them all of the time! So annoying! Poke them out with a qtip or if you will gag because of that, just gargle with hot salt water several times! Nothing to worry about or waste money on!❤️
