so i know this is way off topic but i need advice.. i want my stepdad to adopt me but he thinks i might be doing it to despite my real dad. but my ‘real dad’ has never been a dad to me. my step dad has been more of a dad to me in the last 5 years then my dad has been in the last 20. and i don’t know how to go about approaching him to adopt me bc my mom talked to him about it. i’m horrible at putting my thoughts into words but i want him to know that, that is not the reason. and i’m just lost 😩🤯
