Help!! Cramping a week after periods?!
Hi ladies I hope someone can help me with this , I’m not sure why but I tend to get cramps a week after my period is over, I have irregular periods too. Can that mean that I’m ovulating?! The cramps last up to 5 days. Anyone know what this might be??
