Please help! Very worried!!

Okay so I had this really red spot come up on the side of my boob, looked like a dull pimple without a head. And for some reason my dumbass decided to squeeze a little, honestly didn’t even squeeze hard, and now I have this hot, sore, blood blister looking thing on my boob. Has anyone had something like this? And how did you treat it? Also should I be concerned? 😭😭😭
