foot fetish or no?

i don’t think my boyfriend has a full blown foot fetish buts sometimes i think he might have a small one 😂 for example one time i went to the fair with him and his family and we were on the way back to our town (4 hour drive) and he asked if i wanted a foot massage, so i said yeah sure and he was massaging and stuff and then he slowly removed my sock just half way and massages my heel and then tried taking it all the way off (didn’t let him cause my toes weren’t painted lol) but he leaned to me and said “you have such cute feet” and then later when we were like an hour from home he have me another massage and said “you have such tiny cute feet” and i was like “haha okayyyy” and then another time i was at his house and he grabbed my foot while i was laying on his bed and and massaged it and said again “your feet are so cute”which btw i have a size 10 shoe so 😂 they’re not “tiny” would you say he has a foot fetish or he’s just being lovey dovey?
