I’m 6 weeks and 1 day and the dang cold sores started to hit me. I don’t have abreva i ran out bc my doctor prescribed me some valtrex for them and I’ve been taking them instead bc it goes away so so quick. But idk if it’s safe to take in pregnancy so I literally cut one of the pills in half and wet it and applied it to the fever blister before it started to form big. Because at this stage it is small still. Is valtrex safe to take in early pregnancy? I really hate walking around with fever blisters
