Brown spotting since yeaterday

I can’t help but worry now.

Yesterday I had some brown discharge only when wiping. Today it’s more than yesterday and I am really really really starting to panic. I went to the doctor who said it’s nothing to worry about . But now that there is more I can’t help but panic.
